The REMCON-2 is a remote threshold indicator for the Dynamic Filter™ technology incorporated in Bag End’s Infra™ system. The REMCON-2 is designed to be placed within visual distance of the mixing engineer or listener and will provide visual indication when the Dynamic Filter threshold is crossed, causing the system to protect itself by reducing the lowest frequencies. This helps the engineer to know and understand if the audio presented acoustically is equal to the electrical signal on the recording.

The REMCON-2 is a small metal box housing a green LED to indicate system power on and a red LED indicating threshold crossed. The box has a 10-foot connection cable that can be extended using a standard XLR microphone cable.
