The 40-B is a 2 RU curved-line relative loudness to peak modulation meter with a scale calibrated in percent modulation. The unit is 1/2 rack space wide and requires a rackmount adapter (sold separately).

• Alarm function can be set to trigger remote alarm device if:
  • Audio levels are too low to cause a display for a 2-minute period
  • Program level is a full scale or greater for one or more sample periods
  • Stereo phase error
